Bad service

I been a loyal client of first for women for some time and I'm so disappointed in the way my claim was handled. I was involved in an accident with another vehicle and my vehicle had minor damages and I decided not to claim for such I nevertheless contacted first for women informing them that I collided with another vehicle in case of a third-party claim.I also informed the other driver that he'll have to get 3 quotations and i also reported such accident at a police station. The other driver ended up repairing his vehicle because it's utilized daily and now he is expecting me to reimburse him. When I contacted first for women I was informed that they cannot pay since there were no photos of damages. What's disappointing is the fact that they don't trust yet I'm their client and the least they could have done is to verify with me since I took note of damages. If they didn't trust the third-party then I'm their client they should have contacted me for verification Now I have to pay for such repairs yet my policy covers third party claims .
