Bad Service

I am so disappointed that i have phone the towing department on the 9/08/18 to come tow my car as i was in an accident, i lodged a claim on the 10/08/18 and it was approved and confirmed on the 13/08/18 that my car will be fixed by Automagic and Automagic phoned me and it was confirmed that the car was booked for the 16/08/18 i even phoned first for women on the 14/08/18 just confirm if my car will be removed from the towing department in Edenvale to Automagic and this was confirmed by you. To my surprise i phoned first for women on the 15/08/18 again but then i was told it will be fixed by Renew It Edenvale and when i ask why the lady Buti/Busi told me its because Automagic is not approved by Toyota which to me it was so ridiculous as this my first claim i did my car was fixed by Automagic but now all of a sudden Automagic is not Toyota approved???. First of all you guys changed from Automagic to Renew without consulting me or letting me know because i am jot important to you and today i got a different explanation from the same lady that the reason why my car didn't go to Automagic its because it was already assessed by Renew it Edenvale but nobody told me this I am not happy i am so disgusted, frustrated, disappointed, to me you are just ******** you thought you can fool me and just get away with your nonsense tactics, you didn't 2ant to spend money for removing my car from Renew It to Automagic Randburg thats why you came with such ***** response, My car is still sitting at Renew It and not fixed yet. RENEW IT IS NOT GOING TO FIX MY CAR BUT STILL MY PARTS AND MESS MY CAR INNER PARTS BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY GOOD AT. Please get my car to get fixed by Automagic as our agreement i have a right to even sue you for the pain you have caused me I DO NOT WANT MY CAR TO GET FIXED BY RENEW IT ANYMORE IT WAS NOT OUR AGREEMENT AND I WANT ALL MY CAR PARTS THERE AND NOT ******. My car is still new and not even 1 year old. What a horrible and traumatizing experience. Such nonsense at its best.
