bad service

i had car insurance, content and cell phone at 1st for women, what a bad experience, there was house breakin on the 2nd of May 2018, i did claim from 1st for women as i had content of R75 000 and my phone was insured for R6000, firstly they asked for boxes and slips where as they didn't inform me when i took insurance, secondly i was waiting for the assessor to come to the house, he didn't come, instead he said i must do list of things that are still in the house and prepare a list for things that are ****** with estimated prices, the catch was some of the staff in the house were phyisical damaged and the assessor said i won't be able to claim my phone if i couldn't black list it, i asked him where must i get the IMEI number because the phone with box is ******, he said there is nothing he can do,the consultant didn't take the IMEI number for my phone but when i added new cell phone, the consultant took IMEI number for the new phone, when i asked her why they didn't take it for the old phone, she said she was informed by her boss 2 weeks back to take it,out of R80 000 some odds that were ****** in the house, i only got R25 200, he said i am under insured, and of which no one informed me that if you are under insured you will only get percentage not the full amount, the reason why i didnt choose the bigger option i was out of budget and i did explain from the Consultant,i was in and out of hospital because of stress, i want other customer's to know about this so as not to be victimized, i am still looking for insurance company that will take over on my content and i did cancel my car insurance and my cell phone
