Bad service!!

I have joined First for Women October 2018, I was very impressed with there service until Feb 2019. I added my fiance's car on my insurance. We took the car for inspection the day after we added the car. Till now they keep on asking us for the inspection certificate which was send to them numerous times. Secondly my premium has increased thee times in one year. 1. Because i changed address. 2. Changed work address 3. Annual increase they charge me a brokers fee every month R50.00 this month i suddenly noticed a huge increase on both cars premiums R90.00 for brokers fee, yet another R80.00 so from R600 my premiums both went to R700.00 each when i phoned them today 30.09.2019 asked to please explain to me why there's been 3 different on increases. I got told well the value of your cars dropped a lot but still the premiums cannot drop. I mean ***. The older my car the more expensive my premium??? You must be joking. When i asked why don't i receive any notifications from them i got told "We did send you an sms to inform you about the increase etc. "The only text messages i have been receiving from them since i joined them "Dear FFW client, to keep you covered, we will aim to collect your premium over 3/4 days...etc." I don't see this as any good service at all. Yet i got a quote from MiWay R536.87, No admin fee, No Brokers fee or any joining fee. So why does FFW charge all these things???
