BAD SERVICE

My home were broken into whilst we were away for a weekend in May 2015. I have insurance with First For Women and after numerious calls and contact made they settled my claim and advise me that they got the items and at the end of the call the assessor told me that i was under insured. I was only told when he came to my premises to investigate the burgarly that i am under insured. I told him i will call the insurance to up my package. My claim was for R123000 and i was only insured for R121000, why only giving me R24000 and told me they penalizing me beacause im under insured. This is utmost disgraceful to treat people like this. I have in the interim stopped my debit order and will not pay until they sort out this matter. I have the recorded call whereby i was mislead that they will buy some of the ****** goods. My dog were also poisened and this caused alot of emotional distress in our family
