Bad service

<p>I have been insured with First for women for more than 2 years. Never even once did I claim or request roadside assistance. My car got stuck when I was leaving work at 19:00, called the insurance at 19:22 spoke to Wandile and he told me to leave the car at work. I refused because I don't trust the security system at work. He told me a tow truck company will be in contact with me to come and tow my car. The company called me at 20:00 forcing to tow my car to his yard and I clearly told Wandile that the car must be towed to my house. Nobody called for about an hour, i had to call the insurance again as it was raining and cold. Only then did I get a confirmation from Thabile that the tow truck is on the way. When I took the insurance i was promised " tailer made insurance for Women" little did I know I will be stuck in the rain for 3 hours without any assistance from the insurance that I have been paying faithful for the past 2 years. Really disappointed and rethinking my decision</p>
