bad service

I have really run out of patience with this insurance. Since the 25th November 2016 when I had an accident ,it has just been one problem after the other with gettin my vehicle repaired.

My car was towed to Renew it -Edenvale on the 25th November 2016, it sat there for a whole week and on the 2nd December 2016, my insurance advised that they had authorised renew it to repair, .

When I kept calling renew Edenvale they advised that they had not received it the authorisation , I had to call them again on the 3rd being a Saturday to check if authorisation was received and they said no. Monday the 5th I called renew-it Edenvale to check if they had received the authorisation to which they said no, until the lady at Renew-it Edenvale called 1st for women to enquire and thats when they actually advised her it was authorised for Renew-it Greenstone. My car was only moved to Greenstone on the 6th to be repaired and now when I ask for extension of the rental car all you can tell me is you cannot assist or you will refer.

Ontop of this my premium was increased which I did not dispute, but I agreed to increase as of the normal debit order date of the 20th of every month , but on the 2nd December , you debited R355 out of my account which I have also been trying to get reversed for over a week with promises to be called back.

I now sit with no car just before christmas , yet I am insured.

Had someone warned me this is the kind of service I would get from this insurance, I would have never joined .
