Bad service

<p>On 11/08/16 My wife was involved in a motor accident in Springs after calling the call centre it was arranged to tow the vehicle to be accesed. The accesor inspected the vehicle on 12/08/16 and informed my wife that the vehicle could not be economically repaired and would be written off. They gave her the current value of the vehicle but informed her that they would not pay for the extras which were insured unless we could provide invoices for the purchase which we do not have since the vehicle was purchased with the accesories.The value of the accesories is approximately R40000.00</p> <p>We were also insured for a hire car in the case of an accident but were informed that in order to get the hire car we would have to pay R8800.00 into a holding account for the duration of the car hire and a documentation fee of about R3300.00 which under our current circumstances would be difficult to find.</p>
