Bad service!
<p>This is my first month with First for Women insurance, and its off to a bad start! Our agreement was they would waiver the joining fee..and boom, there goes my debit orders of which they took off the joining fee. So i phoned, and the agreement was it would get paid back within 3-5 days. I phoned a few days afterwards, then suddenly it was explained that i need supporting documents, but then after all that..it was explained that i dont actually really need it, and now the refund can take up between 1-7 days..HOWS that for mixing up stories? I want my refund back by this Friday. NO LATER. And to this day, i am still waiting for my welcome pack to be delivered via post. Pathetic service guys. I regret joining first for women!</p>
