Bad Service
I have had my policy with 1st For Women for almost a year. I have not received a card or stickers for my car in the post as yet or any sort of emergency phone number booklet. When I changed my bank details on the 24th February I requested from the assistant that he please put through a reminder however 2 months later and still nothing. However you are never late with deducting the funds from my account every month.

We have re-requested the documents and will rather utilise the email facility in the interim. We acknowledge the frustration and express our apologies for all the inconvenience caused.
