BAD SERVICE
<p>I opened an policy with them, none of the things i requested were put into my policy. BAD service for someone who is paying for service. i tried calling them to sort it out to no success whatover. I WANT TO CANCELL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT</p>

As discussed with our Customer Relation Specialist, the service failures you are referring to will be investigated and addressed on an internal basis, as this is not the standard of service we pride ourselves in.
The vehicle is back at the repairer for rectification work, and the agreement is that you will liaise with our Customer Relation Specialist once you have received your vehicle back.
