Bad service

I have been a loyal client with first for woman from last year June so I called in a few months ago to ask for a review the consultant I spoke to said there’s a possibility it might drop to R1100 from R1400 but he needs to send it through for approval, unfortunately when they called back they said it can only be reduced by R40. A few days ago I was going through my documents than realized they changed it from market value to trade value I called in to complain and they said they will call me back but instead I received an email stating It went back to market value and my premium increased to R1416. I was so angry and started shopping around and finally found discovery with R0 access and a premium of R1400 can someone please call me I would like to cancel and live in peace.
