BAD SERCIVE FROM 1st For Women

I have been with 1st for women for about 7 years My car towed by my insurer 1st for women on17 December 2022 and taken to Renew it panel beaters in Randburg. To date, a month later (17 Jan 2023) no work has been done on my car simply because my insurer is awaiting a quotation from their assessors. When i call 1st for women, i am being taken from pillar to post and they are giving one excuse after the another, after a month there is still direction and way forward with regards to my claim. I have received the worse service ever in my history of vehicle insurance companies.

I wouldn't advice anyone to just the family of 1st for women 😕 very bad customer service
