Bad lawyers service

You guys refer me to c de cerff and associates and now that i have to cancel my divocre decree renewal they have taken almost 3 weeks to refund my money. This is absolutely unacceptable the lawyer Yolande keeps having to remind her senior to make the refund how unprofessional this company is and yet you are in contract with them. Their service is so bad because they never prioritize me ever since they even did my divorce fromthe begining.You shouldnt be in business with a company that does not value your clients and im getting tired of dealing with your lawyers that i just want to cancel my legal policy with you and as im speaking about this the lawyer just confirmed that they wil only refund r1400 and not the original amount i paid which is r1500 and again i waited almost 3weeks and nowni only get back what your lawyers wants to give me. This is so unfair.
