Bad insurer, they dont look after their customers
1st for women, and Auto magic in Polokwane did not fix my car properly after the accident, the was smoking and there was some noise coming from the front while car is driving which before accident did not have this issues, I then contacted the Auto Magic and they said they are going to send my car BMW for assessment which I need to cover the payment and we noticed all this issues upon receiving the car on the first day and notified them.
Now am told i must pay for assessment fee at BMW if the noise was not part of the accident while i paid Excess of R10300. and the noise and smoking happened after accident. am cancelling them.

13 Jul 2021, 19:55The matter was not resolved, I opted to take my car unfixed because it did not seem like i was going to get help from 1st for women, and BMW advised that the car cant be driven because of the strut mount damaged worse as they were busy investigating the issues we have raised and that's when i asked you guys to meet me half way to fix the strut mount so that we can take our car from BMW in such that we will fix it when we have money because you guys could not help.
And you helped to pay half of R5900 and we paid the other half,
So at this stage the car is in our garage at home, don't worry we will fix it further when we are fit to do so financially.
So the matter was not resolved, but we have accepted that you were not going to assist us. and we have put the matter behind us. please don't respond back. lets close this unresolved chapter.
