Bad insurance ever
I have the insurance from 1 July 2019 till 31 April 2021,I have registered my first claim with them on the 19 April 2021 and on the 12 May 2021 I have received the information that the won't make payments based on the cap without insurance but they have never I asked the documents based on the previous insurance to validate what they are declining today...I am so disappointed about this insurance...please south African don't make mistakes of insuring yourself under first for women...I am in the process of requesting my premiums from the date I joined them till to date. Policy number:***
