Bad insurance

I hope no one take this insurance . I recently insured with them and myself as a main driver and my son as a secondarily driver. He was driving from work and an incident occurred damaged the mirror and door. In the claim first sor woman states above the agreed access I have to pay additional access as a secondary driver was driving and my policy is less then a year more excess
