Bad insurance

1st for womans claims to care about woman but it really fails us. They find ways to sells us products but when its time to make payments they make excuses not to pay. I was involved in an accident and a claim was supposed to be paid. "they actually *****ed my kilometers so they can pay a low amount until i had to call a guy who assessed my car and he asked how come my kilometers were high only to find out that the guy was playing a guessing game and thats only when they asked me how much were the kilometers and that means no assessment was conduct. They try a lot of ways to write a claim with faulse information. Secondly i took accidental plan. I asked for a recording for the plan and its been a month. They dont want to pay out because they claim i was never disabled or died but non of that was stipulated in the contract. They dont even want to give me my recording and its been a month. 1st for woman plays with people. More especially those who dont know anything about insurance!
