Bad First call experience after making a quote

I did a quote online for car insurance and I received a call from a representative from 1st for Women.

Upon him fining out I'm still shopping around for car insurance, he rudely disconnected the call. I was so shocked and it was so unprofessional because I want insurance with the company, they are so good as my sister is insuring with them.

However, that experience just threw me off. I hope the company trains it's representative better because they just lost a potential client.
