Bad Experience with Agent

I had the worst experience with one of the 1st for women's agents - Bashnie Moodle on Friday 6 November in the late afternoon!!!!

I did a quote and stated in the beginning I was shopping around and not committing to anything upon my review with other insurance companies. He then asked for banking details at the end of the quotes and I asked what for as i stated I was shopping around and doing a comparison... The agent came across as forceful when I kindly asked the agent to give me a call the next day, as I had asked if they open on weekends and he said yes - after checking out the what other companies have to offer!

As we had been on a call for almost 30 mins with a lot of back and forth and the agent trying to force me to take the cover, I needed to join a meeting and I repeated, call me back tomorrow. As I was talking the agent hung up on me which was very rude!!

The agent didnt call me back the next day, but the audacity to send me an email on Monday Evening to ask if I am still interested????

I will never reccomend 1st for women to anyone!! Train your agents to not be desparate for sales but to be patient with clients!!
