Bad experience with 1st for woman.

I login a claim on 31 January 2024, after two days i had to make a follow up because no one from the insurance was calling to update me. After two weeks they sent an assessor of which I had to fight for them to send. After couple of days I call for a follow up. Note that at this point no one is calling to update me. On Monday I call again, they tell me that they have not finalized the report from the assessor and that they will definitely call me before the end of business. Today is Wednesday, I had to call again because no called. Then I am told that they cannot pay my claim reason bein the roof was not correctly done. They are not even offering me a second opinion. I am annoyed and would not recommend this insurance to any woman. They are not 1st for woman, they do not care, the staff does not care. I will never recommend this insurance to anyone, useless, useless, unprofessional , nje.
