Bad experience

My name is Winnie Tshabalala claim number is ********** 88 I have been busy with this claim from the 16 of February till now I understand that it's only on Monday the 25th of March that I had submitted the outstanding documents, I personally went their offices in Four ways Sandton to submit they lady I met at the front desk said that it will be done right way and I will receive feedback before the day ends. I had to call back the following day I spoke to another who said The paperwork has not been received by them they lady at the front desk did not submit. I really don't know what to think am really frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience and the way may case has been handled from the start. I really would wish anyone to go through this experience. Am not saying they should carry me on their backs and kiss my feet or anything but I expect them to do their job. At the end of the day they are hired to work to assist us as clients. But I feel like making they are disregarding me because of my age or the colour of my skin.. Am really not happy.
