Bad customer service from 1st for woman

I contacted 1st for woman on 26th of September 2019 to complain as to the fixing of my car at Auto Magic George. Ever since I have received my car back from them it has been problem as to problem, so much so that it has been back to them six times. The main problem being that my drivers side window now basically cannot open & close after they worked on my car. I have brought this under their attention since I received my car back from them the very 1st time but every time it returns more broken to a point where I cannot open my window now. I reported this issue to 1st for woman 4 weeks ago & they said they would fix the matter. Once again no resolution. I once again contacted them on the 26th of September 2019 and to date have received no call back from 1st for woman. I would just like to know when this matter would be resolved.
