Bad customer service.. claim. Reviewed and closed however did not get hold of client..

With regards to my last review on first for woman whom is taking their own sweet to time have my claim sorted.. Marcelino snow made contact I'm assuming this is the manager.. I've stated my case and forwarded all the necessary information of which he requested.. I told myself I would give them untill Monday yet nothing has been resolved as yet.. I gave them a call this morning and spoke to Simphiwe who said she will escalate the claim to Marcelino to validate etc.. I was also very clear to Simphiwe about their calls that are identified as spam calls .. my phone blocked these calls.. an email was sent, however, yet no customer service.. this is tiring
