Bad customer service and zero urgency

Highly disappointed by the service I have been getting from this insurance company. I had a claim processed last year, and when my car returned, I realised that there was a scratch that wasnt fixed. so I raised that with the insurance. Till today I am still waiting to be assisted. Everyone that calls me has not been able to assist. It's been over a year and I'm on my way out the door.
