Bad customer service and lies

I am so disappointed at first for women I joined the additional cover for scatches and dent and the consultant who phoned me told me I am covered immediately as soon as my policy is deducted I am paying R130 every month and when I claim today they are telling me it’s decline I have three months waiting period what is that they are selling lies I told them to send me the recordings when I opened the policy and now they are telling me I did not take my car for inspection they have two option to upload pics of your car which I did upload.

I chose first for women because they put women first not ******** them of their money I want my claim approved the scratches happend last night.
