Bad customer service

I cancelled my policy with FFW and still they debited my account. I phoned them to refund me my money and now i have to wait 7 to 10 working days for the money, witch is ridiculous, when they want there money i must give it immediately, but when money needs to be paid back to you as a customer you must wait. I'm so fed-up with these type of companies in South Africa
