Bad customer service

My recent experience with 1st for Women insurance after an accident has been nothing short of a nightmare. What should have been a straight forward process has turned into a prolonged and stressful ordeal, largely due to lack of communication and proactive support from the assigned case manager Renel Wyngaard.

Communication breakdown: The first communication received from Renel was a month after the accident and I've had to constantly call the claims department to get feedback that she was supposed to provide. Instead of receiving updates or guidance I've had to play detective, relentlessly following up on every single aspect of my claim. The need to chase for information has added immense stress to an already difficult situation. With the hired vehicle due for return, I am left without a plan or concrete solution due to lack of feedback regarding the case - which is incredibly concerning.

In summary: My experience with 1st for women has been frustrating, unprofessional and utterly disappointing. If you value effective communication and accountability, this is not the company or agent to deal with.

I give this a solid zero :(
