22 Aug 2023, 09:14 Bad customer service My husband got in a car accident on the 5th of August 2023 called the insurance they come to take the care it was at night around past 8 he was coming from work,the truck didnt take him home the said they are scared to go where we stay that time is was a Western cape taxi strike called the insurance let them know if he's unable to get home they said must do Uber they will refund the money till today the didn't refund me send them screen short when I called them they will make me wait on the call next things asked questions they don't call me back or do follow up on me until I call them when I call they will say must send the pictures of Uber I need that money they are failing to communicate today its the 23 but the refund take 7days I even said I want to complain they never take me serious because no one has called me till today about my complain of Uber refund 1st for woman
