Bad Client Service

1st for women has failed me as a client and that has resulted in so my financial implications, after being involved in a car accident on 22nd April my claim was approved and 1st for women referred my car to renew it Greenstone to be fixed and thats when the problem started. My car was towed to renew it Green stone on 6 May and confirmation was received from them on 13 May that they were parts out of the country that needed to be shipped and the repairs would take longer than expected. At no point was doing a follow up with me on the process of the car or even acknowledging the delay. I asked for a extension after the 30 days and was advised that would be at my own cost, Im on day 39 hiring a vehicle at my own cost and 1st for woman is advising that they cant hold the panelbeater accountable when its be identified that the parts where not ordered as Nissan SA was unable to pick up the order from the backorder number that was issued. After I had to do my own follow ips with Nissan SA I was than called today that the parts have arrived (left and right hidge) after doing a follow up again with renew it Greenston now I have been advised than there are 5 more parts that are needed after the evaluation was done, again 1st for woman is not holding the panelbeater accountable. So was there an evaluation done in the 1st place? And when looking at reviews renew it has very bad reviews but yet 1st for woman referred my car to be fixed by them
