Bad claim service

First time claimer and the experience is the worst. Claim that had to take a few days to a month and counting. Peggy Bapela decided to close my incident after not responding for two weeks. After i sent a complaint Thulisile Msibi responded and clearly gave me false hope. I have given them everything that they required on the 02.11.2023. Today is the 10.11.2023 with no feedback at all. No communication on what is happening or how far the claim is. I am definitely cancelling as soon as i get what i have claimed for. Please do insurance but just not with the company. :?
