Bad claim service

You get excellent service when you register a claim but after that, the service goes down 200 percent. I registered a claim on stratch and dent on 22nd of July. Had no feedback from the. Phone 2 August to find out claim was repudiated as the quote they got is R6000 and the policy only cover R3000. I was then requested to find quotes on my own though service providers they will send through. If they can see the supplier quoted to high why can't they ask for another quote from one of the suppliers on the list?. The consultant said they tried and phone me but seeing they could not get hold of me they did not even bother to phone again or try and get in contact via email. Will not suggest this cover to anybody
