Bad car repair service and no resolution

My car went for repairs at Randburg Renew it, after repairs i escalated my complian to first for women regarding the unsatisfactory work that was done on my car. The car does not look good,the boot might fall off anytime and the accelerator pedal is missing. I have sent numerous emails to first for women to resolve this....they promised to send an assessor,to date i am still waiting. Why are we not getting value for money?. Should i continue driving a car that is not roadworthy?
