Bad bad bad service
I have been sending email after email trying to get someone who is in a position to assist me with a policy I paid for almost 3 years. First time I claimed they paid me a lousy R375.00 where the amount should have been the quote they requested. The more I keep asking for someone to get in contact with me, the more I am being ignored.

08 May 2024, 11:35Like I mentioned in previous complaints about this company still no feedback or a solution to correct this from their side. Promise after Promise they will forward the matter to the relevant people dealing with these matters. I am now feeling that I should expose them and this matter to the Carte Blanche team. Maybe then I will get any contact from them.
