Bad attitude , not giving customer feedback,
First for woman's customer agents are RUDE, THEY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE, THE DO NOT UPDATE THE POLICY AS PER CUSTOMERS REQUEST , AND AFTER PAYING THE INSURANCE MONEY EVERY MONTH FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS WITH OUT CLAIMING, THE DO NOT WANT TO PAY OUT AS IT IS NOT \COVERED"AND WHY NOT "
