Bad

They are so bad ,that I put my claim on the 8th January 2024 and today is the 31st and nothing nor of their claims department call to update on how far. And their is this Leanne from claims department she's so rude 😞 that she makes me feel like trash 🗑️ as she's white. She lies to me saying the call recording will be out in 2days and even now ,she still lies.She makes sure she doesn't want to speak to me since she "white" she is ******. I'm so disappointed 😞 in them and I won't even recommend nor continue with the insurance, I cancel ❌ with them .
