Awesome Customer Service from Tasleem Bester @ FFW
I would like to commend Tasleem Bester for the awesome customer service received when lodging my claim. I called FFW yesterday late afternoon to lodge my claim and provided all the relevant info via telephone and e-mail to Tasleem. I received a call from Tasleem this morning advising me that I will be receiving my payout within 3 working days. Awesome service from a very friendly and compassionate young man. Thanks Tasleem for being so concerned and for your efficient service. Makes dealing with FFW such a pleasure!!
