I am very impressed with my first claim experience. My claim was logged on the friendly to use app, within 24hours a consultant called me back, to verify the claim and the issues with the washing machine. The courier people collected within time stipulated, it was assessed and the damage report was concluded. I received a new machine in less than 1 week. Well done 1st for Women for the awesome customer service!
