avoiding my call and emails for update on my claim
I insured my daughter's tablet device HAUWEI 8inch with first for woman, on the 14 March 2016 i called in to put in a claim for the device as the inside screen was broken, they come collected the phone on the 16 March 2016 however i was took that the device cannot be fixed however they can replace it for me with an access amount of R650.00 whereby at first was i never told about the fee. With no choice i transferred the fee and i kept on calling to confirm funds have been received. i was not kept in a loop about delivery of the device. I then had to make follow up calls hand i was told that they don't have the same device on stock however i may choose from the below options:
Huawei Media Pad 7\ Youth
Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 T231 - (Difference R795)
Vodafone Smart Tab 3G Timon
Vodafone POWER TAB 10\" WITH BT KEYBOARD {1907}
I told them that the listed devices are way less than what i am covered for, i was then told by Abongile that she will refer this to her supervisor since then i have not received any feedback i tried calling i got straight to her line she kept silence on the line till she hung up on me i then called again same happened with Douglas. Please help. "
