AUTO DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTY -***

I took out a AUTO DRIVE TRAIN WARRANTY in 2023 to assist incase of unforseen circumstances, on Thursday i notice that the car is not okay, took the car to Ford for diagnistics and i was told it was the heater core failure , i called FFW and a claim was submitted and only to be told even though we cover the "cooling system " but NOT WHAT IS ON THE QUOTE????????????? i am very upset because they haunded me to take this policy and now give all the reasons to pay out, The quote is aroud 18k and i would have understood if they said" we can meet you hlf way and not outright decline the quote because of the value, Cooling system, Radiator and water pump are all part of the things mentioned in the policy and limit of idemnity is unlimited, if that is the case why are there restrictions?????????????????
