Atrocious Customer Servive

My car was towed by 1st for Women away from my house in April 2022 this year and it's now Nov 2022 and still I have not received my car back. They are saying the damages to my vehicle is not related to the incident I reported. I am saying it is and it's been months on end and still my car is not with me. Is this legal? In April this year I was stuck in the floods that destroyed KZN and as a result my car was damaged. Instead of being supportive and encouraging I have been given the run around. It's a mission getting a hold of someone to assist. Everytime I call the call center I need to explain my story from conception. Every agent is programmed to be empathetic and yet at the end of the call I left with a string of broken promises.

I just need assistance as this is not fair and not right at all.
