Assesor made me cry after trauma

<p>I can honestly say I have never in my life been spoken to with such hate and evilness as I was by an assessor from First For Women processing a claim after a man conned be, ****d and ****** me in my own home which was over a period, however I cannot believe the lack of empathy after this traumatic ordeal as i received by all FFW members on the phone who really sympathised with my situation,I STARTED CRYING AT THE HAIR SALON BECAUSE HE INSISTED I SHOULD REMEMBER DATES I COULD NOT AS I AM ON BIPOLAR, DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY MEDICATION AND WAS SUICIDAL, I ALSO HAVE A LOT ON MY MIND AS WORK TOOK A KNOCK FOR ME. I understand his job but he could have gotten back to me with what FFW is willing to cover instead of raise his voice to me, scold me, shout at me, tell me I am wrong when I just tried to explain my side of what had happened and did not immediately report for my own safety but did notify and report to FFW, I was told by a consultan I have 60 days to report and they were not specific, in such a ordeal I did not know I was doing something wrong to obtain my things back and claim from accused, nevertheless it does not warrant that kind of ill treatment and verbal abuse. I would like to complain about this and have been unable to forget it. He came into my home, my flatmate and i were nice to him, informed him i did not have all dates on me it was in case and on phone and papers, he said no it is fine just an informal chat, he said he would help me and felt bad for me, then phoned me to berrate me and intimidate me and I always recommended FFw so highly. I dont know what to do about this but i was promised recordings to show the police and my lawyer, please could I still have this. I am deeply hurt, I thought FFW would help me and even referred me to counselling which was nice but couldnt help without that case, luckily the ******** is in jail/pollsmoor now. I just expected a bit more or less hurt and grief. This incident brought back a lot of pain. Lorenzo Pieters- now ignoring my mails</p>
