aservice is appaling
the service is appaling.
had an issue that consultant Sarah Letswalo created where we had agred that there will be no funds debited from my account, yet i got the debit. called in to try find out what went wrong and LERATO MTEMBU left me hanging. no feedback, no solution. nothing.
got assistance form Nobuhle who could even apologize for the mishap
