As much as I didn't make any claims from the company, whenever it is that I had an inquiry about my policy, I received great help. Everyone I've spoken to, especially Jennine, was super friendly and helpful. The 1st for Women app also made it easier to keep track of my policy and any changes that might have occurred. My overall experience with the company was good.
