As I explained to Boitemelo I have cancelled the Honda insurance many times but found FFW still deducting of my bank account. I forgot to ask her what happens to my credit there. I’m sure I will get the answer from Miss Boitemelo. The two ladies I spoke to were super with so much etiquette and that’s what I like. Thank you
