Appreciation Post: Johan Van Rooyen @ 1st for Women

I've had an amazing experience with Johan Van Rooyen, who assisted me on a Monday morning with charm, patience and wit. He answered all my questions in a kind and professional matter, made the whole the transition from 1 insurance to theirs quite easy, not only explained to me what the terms and conditions of my contract was, but also explained what my next steps were, timeframes for them, etc. He was very detailed, proficient and knowledgeable. He assured and reassured me that he would be my 1 stop shop for any questions I may have. The next day, I had a question or two, which I mailed to him. He responded promptly via email and called shortly thereafter. He answered all my questions and adjusted my contract accordingly.

I can honestly say that I have not met an insurance salesperson who I trusted instantaneously. His actions spoke a lot louder than his words and I hope that his manager/s acknowledge and appreciate the amazing job he's doing!
