APPAULING SERVICE!!!!!

Absolutely livid!!! I've been trying to cancel my policy for the last week with no luck, long waiting time and when you do get through the call drops.

My policy is set to commence on the 1st and it's now the 29thbof April (a public holiday) and no assistance. VERY UNACCEPTABLE because now the debit order is going to go off while I have an existing one with my current insurer.

@ 1st for women your service is appalling, it should not be this hard to cancel!!!!!
