Appalling service
FFW is honestly terrible, what kind of human beings are you??? For the past 2 weeks I've been begging to be assisted with my claim. I'm paying my money each month for a service plan, now that i need to service my vehicle no ene is willing to assist me. You guys even sent me someone else's personal information, how about I contact them and let them sue you for violating the POPI Act. Your service is pathetic.
