Appalling Service

As a First for Woman client, I am extremely appalled by the service I have received. First For Woman never reverts back to me (I constantly have to call to get feedback), the call center agents are are not professional and the panel beaters, that you affiliate yourself with, is disgusting. Can someone please contact me????

Thank you for the feedback, I received a voice mail yes, could the Customer Relation Specialist perhaps attempt to contact me more that once, as it can be that I left my desk for a split second, I do not carry my phone with me where ever I go!
