APP NOT WORKING

Can I please get assistance with the app. It was working fine until early this year. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a million times. I have also emailed *** about 3times in the past month but no reply. I never needed the app but I always liked the fact that my insurance was just a click away but a few days ago I really needed assistance on the road and because this app doesn't work, had to call my dad instead. This is totally not ok
